Hey,My Name is Jaden Branch.I just Want to tell you about the new movie coming in June 28,2011,it's called Cars 2.It's EPIC and Tight.It,s all about 2 cars named Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater who are not just trying to win the race, their trying to save the world. They're meeting new cars in Tokyo and there is a lot of shooting.They are going to have the best adventure in Cars 2.

MID WINTER BREAK

A message to the people,

My  break was awesome!The best part was either Saturday or Monday.On Saturday I went to the mall.I saw this awesome movie with my brother and his friend.I remember it being called Hall Pass.It was extremely funny ,even though it said it was PG-13 but in my opinion it should have been restricted .Don't take your kids to see it .My brother was upset he took me to go see it,good thing my mom doesn't know about it.The thing I did on Monday is went to go see Big Mamas House 3: like father,like son.I loved it!Martin lawrence did it again.In the movie Martin Lawrence's son was a rapper trying to get a record deal and all he had to do was get his dad(martin lawrence) to sign a contract so ,Trent(his son in the movie)followed him and witnessed a murder .So he went under cover with his dad as Big Mama's great  neice to an all girl school and the adventure begins.I would say more but no need to ruin the whole thing:)Enjoy,

NBA All-Star Weekend

Yo!My name is Seth Strong and I'll be talking about the all-star weekend that happened last week.On Friday,February 18 The Rookie Challenge occurred.The rookies won that event ,they did last year too.John Wall won the MVP award for that game.The next day,Saturday,alot of events went on.First,was the Haier Shooting Stars event ,which Team Atlanta won.Then was the Skills Challenge,which Stephen Curry of the Golden State warriors won.Stephen Curry known first his 3-point shot still was able to prevail over Russel Westbrook in the final round.The 3-Point Shoot-out was next.Many people expected Ray Allen to win this contest but he didn't ,he finished last in the final round.James Jones of the Miami Heat won that event.Finally,the Sprite Slam Dunk Contest happened.To me it was the most exciting one in a while.Demar DeRozan,Serge Ibaka,Javale McGee,and Blake Griffin competed in this event.Serge Ibaka in my opinion got robbed he took off from behind the free throw line,that has never been done people have taken off from on the free throw line,and didn't make the final round.Blake Griffin,the one I expected to win,jumped over a car and won it.On Sunday,The 60th All-Star Game took place.In the fourth quarter the East started to make a comeback after being down the whole game ,but eventually lost,tragic.Kobe Bryant won the MVP honors.The All-Star Weekend was over and it was a good one

SUMMER VACATION

Summer vacation is almost here.I serously love summer.It is like always hot and you get to play outside whenever you want.Most kids like summer vacation because they don't have to go to school and because they get no homework.Others like summer vacation because you get to visit loved ones that you can't see on a regular basis.Others take this time to go on trips that they've been dying to go to.For example I'm going to Ecuador for about two weeks in July.Most people don't know were Ecuador is soI'll tell you it's in South America.My parents are from there.I haven't gone there since I was like 5 or at least around that age .I don't remember a lot about my trip there so I just have to wait and see.I won't be going alone I'm going with my cousins and sisters.I'm so glad that i'm not going alone because I don't know anybody in Ecuador.Even though I'm going to Ecuador i will still be here for most of my summer vacation ,thankfuly.I want to be here in CT for most of my summer because i have a lot of friends here.I play in a soccer team here called Barcelona USA.I love my team because all of my friends are in it and I think that I'm good at it.Especially because my cousins dad's house has a backyard of an indoor soccer field.Whenever my friends and I are done with practice we go walking to her house and start to play there.Of course grown ups lay there for money there we play after they are done.Sometimes grown ups come to play with us that makes it even more fun.There is also the best food there I love what they serve us.It always changes somedays there might be french fries or ice cream that is hand made.Any way the food there is so yummy.That is probably going to be my whole summer everyday.I don't really care because I love that life style.GREAT SUMMER IS COMING SOON.

The Cali Trip!!!

Hi my name is Alexis and I will be talking about the 7th & 8th grade end of the year trip...  We will be doing some cool stuff. We will be going to a baseball game,a colorfull visit  to some art & also some rock climbing...It  will be fun ,amazing , & unforgettable!!!

Justin Bieber lovers

For the Justin Bieber lovers  I heard from a little bird that Justin Bieber   got 0 stars when they checked on their computer yesterday.0 stars for the Justin Bieber movie :). Today I just check he got 2 stars not a little step up, but I know that there are a million JUSTIN BIEBER lovers and I know that there are million people who despise him like me:).SOOOOOOOO those fans out there that are not putting a review for Justin Bieber just know that you aren't fooling anyone sayin' that you cried when he cried b/c we all know that you hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also heard that the person who directed the Justin Bieber movie : NEVER SAY NEVER  is getting fired that is all I know for now. DON'T COME TO ME LOOKING FOR SOME MORE DETAILS I might have some here and there but not ever single day BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Alexandra ,I am going to talk about the seventh and eighth grade,

END of THE YEAR TRIP!!! If students earn this trip,they will have the opportunity to go to California UCLA Music program.  We will get to do community service, see UC Berkley and visit the Golden Gate Bridge.  We will also get to see some cool artistic things.  I think we all know that this will be a trip to remember!  A lot of people seemed to be really excited.  To know more about what I'm talking about  you can go to Google and type in UCLA.

What a amazing Journey

So for a lot of you don't know my name is Julius Stone... aka Mr. Stone. I got great news, I am currently a student also at SCSU working on my masters. I am excited to share this news becasue I want to tell all the Elm City students out there , never give up on your hopes and dreams... School seems to be hard, a pain in the neck or even stressful. But remember there is always a bright light on the other side once you accomplish all your goals. Like you I have home work and studying and reading to do. 

May 2012 is when i expect to graduate with my masters and yet again I am so happy to share this news with you and all the amazing team here @ Elm City.....

Hi, Jami Joy Gibson , I'm a student at elm city college prep middle school 7th grade with my funny lil' sis' Jolene.HI!I  am  also a student at elm city middle in 5th  grade.Anyway, we looked up some stuff on the new teen nick/nickelodeon show House of Anubis.There is some romantic things going on in the Anubis house. His most recent and last single from his album Passion,Pain,and Pleasure.  The video and song was amazing,incredible,fantastic.It was everything I expected and a lot more .It appeared on 106 and Park on the date of February 14,2011...Valentines Day !It made the jam of the week on MTV this week "yuuuup":)
